Payments
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
ADM does not need to store your complete credit or debit card number in our normal systems when payment information is handled directly by the payment provider.
We may retain information about the transaction itself, such as the amount paid, payment status, invoice or receipt information and the order associated with the payment.

We may also use appropriate information to communicate with you about ADM services, updates and offers, subject to your marketing preferences.
Email & SMS
We may send service-related emails or text messages when necessary to manage your account or an order.
Examples include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, payment notifications, media-delivery notices and security messages.
These transactional communications are separate from marketing communications.
If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive messages necessary to complete or manage services you have requested from ADM.
Providing your phone number does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing text messages.
Marketing & Analytics
If you receive ADM marketing emails, we may measure information such as delivery, opens, link clicks, bounces and unsubscribes.
This helps us understand which information and services are useful to our clients.
Email-open information is not always precise because some email applications and privacy features may automatically load or block tracking technology.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those messages.
Property & Media Information
When you order services, we may store information associated with the property, including its address, appointment details, media, Property Website information and services performed.
Property photographs and other media may be stored using third-party cloud and media-delivery providers.
ADM may retain information necessary to maintain order history, licensing, billing, support and business records even after a listing is no longer active.
Photographers, Editors & Production Team
Information necessary to complete an order may be available to the ADM team members or contractors responsible for that work.
Access is intended to be limited according to role and operational need.
For example, a photographer may need the property address and appointment information, while an editor may need access to the media assigned to them.
AI-Assisted Services
ADM may use artificial-intelligence and automated tools to assist with services such as media editing, virtual staging, video production, customer support, marketing and internal business operations.
When we use these tools, we aim to provide only the information reasonably necessary for the applicable task.
Services involving a client's personal AI Twin, voice or likeness may be subject to additional terms and privacy information specific to that service.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide services
- Maintain business and accounting records
- Support clients
- Maintain media/order history
- Resolve disputes
- Protect our systems
- Meet legal obligations
Different types of information may be retained for different periods.
Clients should download and retain copies of media they wish to preserve. ADM's media-delivery system is not intended to be permanent archival storage.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information and account access.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect ADM accounts, systems and data.
You are responsible for keeping your own account credentials secure and should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

- Change marketing preferences
- Ask questions about information associated with your account
- Request access to or deletion of personal information where applicable
Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, accounting, legal, security or transaction-record purposes even after a deletion request.

Those services have their own privacy practices, and ADM is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party websites and platforms.
Children
ADM's services are intended for real estate professionals, property owners and other adults using our business services.
Our services are not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
