The Place at Corkscrew sits well east of I-75 on Corkscrew Road, far enough out that the land opens into lakes and preserve, and it is organised around an amenity complex rather than a golf course: a resort pool deck, a restaurant and bar, a marketplace café, a large fitness centre and outdoor recreation, all under a Southern-plantation architectural theme the developer carried from the gatehouse inward. Cameratta Companies has sold the community out, which changes what an agent is doing here entirely. There is no sales centre drawing buyers in any more. Every listing is a resale, and most of them share their floor plan with several neighbours.
The builder has gone. What is left is a community of homes drawn from a limited set of plans, several of which are usually on the market at once. A buyer scrolling past four near-identical sets of photographs picks on price alone — which is the worst possible outcome for a seller and an avoidable one. The job here is making one house look like the specific house it is.
Plans repeat; lots do not.
