A Few Of The Homes We Have Photographed in Estero

Real listings ADM photographed for agents in Estero.

About Estero

Estero is not really a town with neighbourhoods in it — it is a collection of master-planned communities with a village built around them, and that changes how a listing here is sold. A buyer is rarely choosing Estero; they are choosing Bella Terra or Grandezza or Pelican Sound, and the amenity deck, the gatehouse and the golf membership are as much the product as the house. Almost every ADM job here is behind a gate, most communities want vendor access arranged in advance, and several have amenities worth photographing that need permission somebody has to ask for. The other half of Estero is the Estero River and the bay behind Lovers Key, which is a different shoot again.

Photographing in Estero

The community sells the house, so the community gets photographed

A buyer comparing two Estero listings is often comparing two amenity decks. The clubhouse, the resort pool, the gate itself — these belong in the media, and ADM includes community coverage at no charge. Indoor amenities need permission arranged in advance, which is a conversation at booking rather than a surprise at the door.

Nearly everything is gated, and the gates differ

Bella Terra, Grandezza, The Brooks, West Bay Club and Pelican Sound each run vendor entry their own way. Access is arranged before the appointment, because a photographer parked outside a guard house is a lost slot for the agent as well as for ADM.

The river runs west into the bay, and twilight follows it

Estero's water drains west through the river into Estero Bay, so a west-facing lanai on the river side looks into the sunset. It is the single thing worth knowing before scheduling a twilight booking here, and it is decided against the address rather than the postcode.

Coconut Point and the corridor are part of the pitch

Estero's location between Fort Myers and Naples, with Coconut Point, the airport and Florida Gulf Coast University all within a few minutes, is what a relocating buyer is actually buying. It belongs in the media brief, not only in the listing description.

Communities We Serve in Estero

Explore communities throughout Estero where ADM provides real estate photography and media.

  • Bella Terra

999 acres off Corkscrew Road, more than half of it preserve, with a resort pool, tennis and a clubhouse.

    Explore Bella Terra
  • Pelican Sound Golf & River Club

Bundled golf on the Estero River with its own boat shuttle to the beach — 27 holes, a river park, and the rare Southwest Florida community where residents reach the gulf by water.

Explore Pelican Sound Golf & River Club
  • Grandezza

A gated country club off Ben Hill Griffin with its own course and several distinct villages inside the gate — Barletta, Messino and Torre Del Lago among the streets in ADM's records.

    Explore Grandezza
  • Miromar Lakes

A 700-acre freshwater lake with a white-sand beach on it, plus golf, a clubhouse and a spa — the only waterfront in Southwest Florida that is neither gulf nor canal.

    Explore Miromar Lakes
  • West Bay Club

Off Coconut Road on the bay side, with a private beach club on Little Hickory Island, a Pete and P.B. Dye course, and a river park with a boat ramp.

    Explore West Bay Club
  • The Brooks

The umbrella for Shadow Wood, Copperleaf, Lighthouse Bay and Spring Run — four communities sharing the Commons Club, off Coconut Road.

    Explore The Brooks
  • Rookery Pointe

A gated single-family community off Corkscrew Road with a lake system and a community pool, and no golf fee attached.

  • Marsh Landing

A gated community off Corkscrew Road, villas and single-family around preserve and water. An ADM address.

  • The Reserve at Estero

Gated, off Corkscrew Road, with a clubhouse, tennis and a fitness centre — single-family on larger lots than most of the newer communities around it.

  • Wildcat Run Golf & Country Club

An Arnold Palmer course on Corkscrew Road with around 450 homes — small enough that the course is quiet, and among the more established clubs in the village.

  • Stoneybrook at Estero

Gated, off Three Oaks Parkway, with a public golf course, a fitness centre and playing fields — a family community rather than a retirement one.

  • Corkscrew Shores

Newer gated construction built around a 240-acre lake, with a restaurant at the clubhouse and no golf — the lake is the amenity.

    Explore Corkscrew Shores
  • The Place at Corkscrew

Among the newest large communities in Estero, with a resort pool, a waterslide and a restaurant, off Corkscrew Road east of I-75.

Still building out east on Corkscrew Road, with an indoor sports complex, pickleball and a grocery-anchored centre planned into the community.

    Explore Verdana Village
  • Coconut Point

The open-air centre on US 41 and the residences around it — the part of Estero where somebody can live without driving to shop.

  • Indigo Bay

A small waterfront community off Coconut Road with direct access to Estero Bay — an ADM address, and a shoot where the aerial does the work.

  • Villagio

A gated community of villas and coach homes off Corkscrew with its own café, tennis and cinema room — popular with seasonal owners and investors.

Beaches & Waterfront

  • Lovers Key State Park

Real Estate Marketing in Estero

Selling the community as well as the house

An Estero listing is usually one of several similar homes inside the same gate, which means the photography is doing two jobs at once: showing why this house is the one, and showing why this community is worth the fee. Interiors that make a coach home read as spacious, an aerial that puts the house against the lake and the preserve, amenity coverage that answers what the money buys, a Zillow 3D Home Tour for the out-of-state buyer, and a floor plan for the one comparing two units on paper. Community coverage is included at no charge — the only thing it needs is permission arranged in advance for anything indoors.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you photograph homes in Estero?

Yes — by ADM's own order records, Estero is our third-largest market after Fort Myers and Cape Coral, and we photograph homes across the whole of it.

  • Can you photograph the community amenities as well as the home?

Yes, and it is included at no extra charge — in Estero the amenity deck is half of what a buyer is choosing. Anything indoors, like a clubhouse or a fitness centre, needs the association's permission arranged in advance; tell us when you book and we will work out what is needed.

  • How does access work for a gated Estero community?

It is arranged before the appointment rather than at the gatehouse. Bella Terra, Grandezza, The Brooks, West Bay Club and Pelican Sound each handle vendor entry differently — tell us the community when you book and we will sort it out with you in advance.

  • Is a twilight shoot worth it in Estero?

It depends which way the property faces. Estero's water drains west through the river into the bay, so a west-facing lanai on the river side looks into the sunset and a lot of the inland communities do not. We decide it against the address rather than the postcode.
