Legends is one community of roughly 1,294 homes across 650 acres off Daniels Parkway, and most people who live there would name the neighbourhood before they named it. Bristol Bay, Kensington, Devington, Huntington, Nottingham, Wellington and eight more sit behind the same gate, under the same master association, sharing one eighteen-hole course and one clubhouse — and each has its own character, its own housing type and its own price band. Golf is bundled, so every owner is a member regardless of which neighbourhood they bought in. The stock runs from low-rise and mid-rise condominiums through attached villas to single-family homes, which is an unusually wide range to find inside a single fee structure.
A listing that says only "Legends" loses the buyer who has decided on Kensington; a listing that says only "Kensington" loses the buyer searching for bundled golf. Both belong in the copy, the tour title and the floor plan — it costs nothing and it is the single most useful thing an agent can do here.

Legends is the clearest case in Fort Myers for putting two names in a listing. The buyer searching "Bristol Bay" and the buyer searching "bundled golf Fort Myers" are different people and both of them should find the same home. Beyond the copy, the aerial is what makes 650 acres and one course legible — it shows which neighbourhood the home is in, what it backs onto and how far it is from the clubhouse, none of which reads from the driveway. It is included in every ADM package. Most of what sells here is condominium and villa stock where the interior is the product, so the interior set and the floor plan carry the rest.
